GuavaSpeak is US$9.99/month per language, billed through your Apple ID, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time in Settings. Content is licensed to you for personal learning.
These Terms govern your use of the GuavaSpeak mobile application, operated by E AI Agent Systems LLC (Florida, USA). By using GuavaSpeak, you accept these Terms.
Subscriptions and billing
GuavaSpeak is offered as a monthly subscription at US$9.99 per language, billed through your Apple ID. A 7-day free trial is included when you first start a subscription. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GuavaSpeak → Cancel Subscription on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Use GuavaSpeak for personal, non-commercial learning. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service or its content.
Intellectual property
All learning content — stories, lessons, drills, voices, art and brand — is original and owned by E AI Agent Systems LLC or licensed to it. You get a personal license to use the app; you don't get ownership of the content.
Disclaimer
GuavaSpeak is provided "as is". We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we make no warranties that it will meet every learning goal or be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
